The 6BD6 is the miniature (B7G) replacement for the 6SK7 Octal remote-cutoff pentode. Designed for RF/IF amplifier service with AGC.
Three operating conditions on datasheet: (1) Eb=100V Ec2=100V Vg=-1V Ia=13mA gm=2550; (2) Eb=125V Ec2=125V; (3) Eb=250V Ec2=100V Vg=-3V Ia=9mA gm=2000.
Maximum ratings: Va=300V, Vg2=125V, Pa=3W, Pg2=0.4W, Ik=14mA.
