Grid 1 is brought out to a top cap, not to a base pin. The metal shell (6K7) connects to pin 1 (internal shield).
At Va=250V, Vg2=100V, Vg1=-3V: Ia=7mA, Ig2=1.7mA, Rp=0.8MΩ, Gm=1450 umhos. At Vg2=125V: Ia=10.5mA, Ig2=2.6mA, Rp=0.6MΩ, Gm=1650 umhos.
Maximum plate voltage 300V, maximum screen voltage 125V (supply 500V through dropping resistor), maximum plate dissipation 2.75W, maximum screen dissipation 0.35W.
The 12K7GT is the 12.6V heater version for series-string operation.
