Notes
Pins 1, 3, and 6 are all cathode connections. Pins 1 and 3 are interconnected. Pin 6 is floating during capacitance measurements.
In triode connection, Va_max is limited to 175 V (Vg2 max) since g2 is strapped to anode.
Input conductance at 100 MHz: 500 µA/V — relevant for RF amplifier design.
Vibration proof: 2.5 g at 50 Hz for 96 hours; impact acceleration approx. 300 g.
The 190 V operating point (first column) is recommended due to smaller parameter spread.
This is NOT related to the EF86/EF806S — it is a completely different high-slope RF pentode, not a low-noise AF type.
