14GW8 is the American RETMA designation for the PCL86.
Triode section Rg1 max is 1 MOhm; pentode section Rg1 max is 0.5 MOhm (fixed bias) or 1 MOhm (cathode bias, typical).
Inter-electrode capacitance between triode grid and pentode plate can be reduced below 0.002 pF using a shielding ring (22.5 mm diameter, 15 mm height).
