Notes
- Duodecar 12-pin base (JEDEC E12-70) — mates with a Duodecar 12-contact socket, generally available from RCA distributors.
- Socket terminals 2, 5, 6, 8, and 9 should not be used as tie points for external-circuit components. It is recommended that the socket tabs be removed to reduce the possibility of arc-over and to minimize leakage.
- Pins 3 and 11 have no internal connection.
- Peak inverse plate voltage rating of 5000V applies when the duration of the voltage pulse does not exceed 15% of one horizontal scanning cycle (525-line, 30-frame system, 15% of one horizontal scanning cycle is 10 µs).
- Instantaneous tube voltage drop is 25V at instantaneous plate current of 700 mA.
- Envelope temperature (hottest point on surface): 220 °C max.
