PIV rating of 5000V applies for operation in a 525-line, 30-frame television system per FCC standards; duty cycle of the voltage pulse must not exceed 15% of one scanning cycle.
Heater positive with respect to cathode: DC component max 100V, total DC and peak max 300V. Heater negative with respect to cathode: DC component max 900V, total DC and peak max 5000V.
Socket terminals 1, 2, 4, and 6 should not be used. Pin 2 is an internal connection — do not use as a tie point.
Radiomuseum.org lists 6CQ4 as identical to the 6DE4; this has not been independently verified from manufacturer datasheets.
