12.6V heater version of the 6CG7/6FQ7, with the heater winding centre-tapped for optional 6.3V operation. Heater current is 0.3A at 12.6V (vs 0.6A at 6.3V for the 6CG7).
Designed for series-string heater chains in AC/DC television receivers where a 12.6V heater segment is required.
Electrically identical to the 6CG7 — same mu=20, gm=2.6 mA/V, ra=7700 ohms at Va=250V, Vg=-8V.
Maximum grid circuit resistance is 1.0 MOhm with fixed bias, 2.2 MOhm with cathode bias.
